TwentyThreeHundred is a vibrant new SME based in Cheltenham and London. We enable PMO service providers to Government to drive down costs and drive up productivity through innovative training delivery, data analysis and reporting.
The founders of the company have over 60yrs experience of working in portfolio delivery and management for Civil Service clients.
Our Services
Managing Delivery
We provide our clients with tailor-made delivery mgmt skills workshops. These workshops cover Agile delivery methodologies (e.g. SCRUM, LeSS, SAFe), as well as the use of market-leading agile management tools (e.g. Jira).
All our Delivery Coaches are experienced and certified.
Business Analysis
We work with our clients to understand and improve benefit realisation as well as driving down the cost of delivery processes.
The key to the above is reliable management information, and we work hard to improve data quality and to turn that data into actionable MI.
Data Visualisation
We have a deep understanding and knowledge of visualising P3M data, and use a variety of tools ranging from MS Excel to Qlik Sense to visualise that data.
Our aim is to always visualise the message, as well as enabling consumers to focus on what matters.
